At Radiant Sarees, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer free shipping. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Within India) :
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – Charges vary based on location.
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days – Additional charges apply.
International Shipping :
Delivery Time: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes as per their country’s regulations.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Custom or Pre-Order Items may require an additional 3-7 business days for processing.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery or return it to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or courier issues.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the package and product for claim processing.
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
