At Radiant Sarees, we strive to provide high-quality sarees and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
- Only unused, unwashed, and unworn sarees with tags intact are eligible.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased during a sale or clearance event are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
- Size or Design Issue? You can exchange your saree for a different color or design (if available).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defect.
3. Return & Refund Policy
- Defective or Wrong Product? We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Refund Method: Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is due to our mistake.
4. How to Request an Exchange or Return?
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Pack the item securely and send it to our return address.
- Once received, we will process your request within 5-7 working days.
5. Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
